3.22 Three Holmbury Screw To Connect and Pressure Washer Couplings Features • Screw connect design eliminates brinelling • Wing nut sleeve design allows connection by hand • Can be connected with up to 50 bar residual pressure in the hydraulic circuit • Bi-directional flow • Male has external thread for bulkhead mounting Description Holmbury’s TC Series screw to connect tipper couplings are designed for use on tipper trucks. The female coupling has a wing nut sleeve which enables operators to connect the couplings by hand, even when there is low residual pressure in the line. Description Holmbury’s PWC Series couplings are able to accommodate high flow rates and minimal pressure drops. The couplings are valveless, hence when disconnected, any fluid in the system can escape. This makes these couplings suitable for the transmission of non-hazardous fluids only. Features • Valveless design allows for high flow rates and minimal pressure drop characteristics • Female half has double O-ring sealing arrangement • Bi-directional flow Nipples – Male Half Nipples – Male Half Couplings – Female Half Couplings – Female Half TC Series BSPP Female Part Number Thread HO-TC16-F-12G 3/4” BSPP HO-TC19-F-16G 1” BSPP TC Series BSPP Female Part Number Thread HO-TC16-M-12G 3/4” BSPP HO-TC19-M-16G 1” BSPP 8020 8020 PWC Series BSPP Female Part Number Thread HO-PWC10-F-06G 3/8” BSPP PWC Series BSPP Female Part Number Thread HO-PWC10-M-06G 3/8” BSPP 8020 8020 Specifications Max. working pressure 3/4” for body sizes: 1” 350 bar (5075 psi) 300 bar (4350 psi) Operating temperature -40°C to +106°C (-40°F to +223°F) Coupling and nipple material Carbon steel with trivalent plating Seal material NBR Specifications Max. working pressure 350 bar (5075 psi) Operating temperature -20°C to +200°C (-4°F to +392°F) Coupling and nipple material Carbon steel with trivalent plating and QPQ finished female sleeve Seal material FKM Screw to Connect Couplings – TC Series Pressure Washer Couplings – PWC Series
